HUMSCI MQRES Autism PhD Scholarship

Cognitive and Brain Mechanisms of Autism

The successful candidate will be supervised by Dr Jon Brock and will join a research team investigating the cognitive and neural bases of autism and related developmental disorders. Methods currently employed include behavioural testing, eye-tracking, structural MRI, and MEG.

Applicants should have research qualifications in a relevant discipline (eg, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Behavioural Neuroscience, Linguistics) equivalent to an Australian Masters degree or Australian undergraduate degree with first class honours. International applicants are welcome.

The 2010 MQRES full-time stipend rate is $22,500 pa tax exempt for 3.5 years.
