Subject: [Morton] next meeting

Hi Mortonians,

We talked about meeting this Thursday to run you through the causal  
modelling framework that Max, Gen and I are developing. But the three  
of us would like to do some further work on our framework before  
presenting it to you, having learned from some of Morton's successes  
and failures. So, although I know you are all DYING to see it, and  
that a week without causal modelling now seems very barren, we would  
like to suggest postponing for a little while.

If it's OK with everyone, I'll get back in touch when we're ready to  
present and then we'll start the causal modelling ball rolling again.
